If The Violation Is Repeated For The First Time By A Private Sector Entity, The Company Will Be Shut Down For Three Months, And If The Violation Is Repeated A Second Time, The Company Will Be Shut Down For Six Months, The Ministry Said.
If The Foreigner Violates The Law, He Will Be Deported And Will Be Permanently Barred From Entering Saudi Arabia Again, The Ministry Added.
