Dubai: More than 140 Indians and 700 Pakistani nationals were stranded at Dubai International Airport yesterday, according to airline circulars.
Circulars warn that those who do not have a confirmed return ticket will not be able to enter Dubai and will have to return at their own expense.
Official sources said that Iowa law applies to entry into the UAE on a visiting visa and tourist visa. Air India and Indigo Airlines have issued IOU warnings in their circulars.
