SIX MONTHS LATER, THE PILGRIMS ARE BACK IN THE HAREM


 Umrah  open in front of the gates of the Mosque to the believers. Umrah has resumed after a gap of six months. In the meantime, Umrah was allowed only during Hajj.

Pilgrims started entering the Masjid-ul-Haram from 6 am to the delight of 180 crore believers around the world.

Pilgrims applying through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's Itamarna app are allowed to perform Umrah.

In the first phase, 6,000 pilgrims will be able to perform Umrah daily. Two weeks later, the second phase, which will allow 18 to 15,000 to 40,000 pilgrims, will begin this month.
The third phase will allow 20,000 to 60,000 pilgrims per day, including those from abroad.
