THE SAUDI TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT HAS ISSUED A WARNING TO THOSE CARRYING MORE PASSENGERS THAN ALLOWED BY LAW.

 Muroor said fines of between 1,000 riyals and 2,000 riyals would be levied if more people were allowed to travel than allowed on the vehicle's registration certificate.

Saudi Muroor also reminded that the number plates of vehicles should be placed in the designated place.

Failure to place the number plates of the vehicles at the designated place will result in a fine of Rs.1000 to Rs.2000.

The Saudi traffic department has warned that carrying more goods than allowed in vehicles will invite more accidents.
