But In Some Cases, The Worker Can Change Jobs Without The Permission Of The Employer And Without Prior Notice. The Reasons For This Should Be As Follows. 1. If The Employment Contract Is Not Uploaded In The Kiva Portal Within Three Months Of The Worker Entering The Job, The Worker Can Change The Job Even If The Salary Is Delayed For Three Consecutive Months. 2. If The Sponsor Dies Or Becomes Ill Or Does Not Renew Within The Iqama Period, Permission To Change Jobs Is Not Required 3. Even If The Employer Complains About The Benami Business, The Job May Change. But If The Worker Is Also Part Of It, Action Will Be Taken.
4. The Job May Change Even If The Employer Provides Evidence Of Illegal Trafficking. 5. You Can File A Case Against The Employer And Change Jobs Even If He Does Not Attend The Hearing. In Addition, There Are Four Conditions For A Company To Accept A Worker From Another Company. 1. The Company Accepting The Worker Should Be Eligible To Issue New Visas. 3. The Employment Contract Should Be An Institution Affiliated To The Ministry. 4. Must Be Part Of The Ministry's Self-examination Plan. Any Company That Meets These Conditions May Accept A Worker From Another Company. The New Law Will Take Effect On March 14.
