 Domestic workers in banned countries can enter Saudi Arabia directly with sponsors

The Saudi Civil Aviation Circular states that domestic workers from the 20 countries banned by Saudi Arabia can enter Saudi Arabia with sponsors.

Close family members of Saudis in banned countries are allowed to enter Saudi Arabia, as are domestic workers.
This allows Saudis, their families and dependents with Saudis stranded in prohibited countries to fly directly to Saudi Arabia from prohibited countries.

At the same time, the circular states that if the Saudi sponsor can go to Bahrain and bring the worker, the domestic workers will be able to enter Saudi Arabia with Kafeel without having to stay in Bahrain for 14 days on the quarantine.
