The minister also asked the municipalities to educate the entire staff on personal hygiene and hand washing frequently.

Institutions selling food items and institutions related to public health should be compelled to take precautionary and preventive measures. Workers who show symptoms should be kept away. There is also a suggestion that inspections should be intensified in business establishments and central markets.
