 Those working under individuals in Saudi Arabia cannot transfer sponsorship to the Companies. This was stated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. The service is suspended.

Earlier, those working under individuals were allowed to shift sponsorship to institutions. This service is subject to conditions. This is now suspended. Domestic workers, house drivers, nurses and servants are all employed under individual sponsorship. They can no longer transfer sponsorship to institutions. The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare announced on its official Twitter account that the service would be suspended. Changing the profession of such employees will no longer be possible. The ministry did not specify the reason for the suspension or whether the service would be resumed.
