SAUDI ARABIA HAS ANNOUNCED A 15-DAY RESTRICTION ON THE HEADQUARTERS OF ALL ITS PRIVATE SECTOR ENTITIES. THE DECISION WAS TAKEN BY THE MINISTRY OF LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES. DUE TO THIS, PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE MAIN OFFICES OF VARIOUS COMPANIES CANNOT ATTEND THE OFFICE. WORK AT HOME INSTEAD. THE MINISTRY ALSO RECOMMENDED REDUCING THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES ATTENDING EVERY PRIVATE SECTOR OFFICE. INEVITABLY, THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES MUST BE HIRED TO WORK IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. THE REST HAVE TO WORK AT HOME OR AT HOME. THIS REQUIREMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE FIRMS IN THE WATER, COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRICITY SECTORS. THE MAIN PROPOSALS GIVEN BY THE PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS IN THE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY ARE:
1. MAIN OFFICES OF ALL PRIVATE SECTOR INSTITUTIONS MAY NOT ATTEND OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF 15 DAYS. THIS HAS COME INTO EFFECT FROM NOW ON THE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY. EMPLOYEES CAN STAY IN THEIR HOMES OR WORK PLACES.
2. THERE SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 40 EMPLOYEES AT THE SAME TIME. BUT IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 50 EMPLOYEES IN THE BUSINESS, INCLUDING THOSE IN THE WATER, ELECTRICITY AND COMMUNICATION SECTORS, THERE MUST BE SOME ADJUSTMENT. EVERY DAY, EMPLOYEES IN THE ORGANIZATION SHOULD CHECK THE TEMPERATURE WITH THE INSTRUMENT AND DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE IF THE EMPLOYEE HAS ANY PHYSICAL DIFFICULTY. THE DISTANCE TO WORK FOR EACH EMPLOYEE IN ORGANIZATIONS MUST BE INCREASED. GYM AND NURSERY TRADITIONS AT HEADQUARTERS WERE ALSO DISCONTINUED.
