The Javasat Section said that all foreigners must Be register in Saudi's Abshir portal. Different services will not be available to those who have not completed the registration process. 11 million Users Already registered In Absher. Foreigners who have not yet registered in Abshir, an electronic portal set up by the Saudi home ministry, have to complete the registration process, the Javasat Section said.

Completing the registration will help employers provide a range of services. It will also facilitate easy access to various categories of services such as passport, employment and traffic. The Directorate of Passport said that it is possible to save time and effort by doing various things that go directly to different offices.

Recently, Abshir has added several new services to the Home Ministry's online services. More than 11 million people have already registered in Abshir. Apart from the services of individuals, dependents, private companies and employees, government agencies also provide services.

5. For non-U.S. citizens, a copy of the green card or documented proof of legal residence in the U.S.
6. Visa fees must be paid online through Enjaz website or through any of the Visa Offices Registered with Enjaz. The Consulate will not accept payments.  The visa fee is one hundred and eight U.S. dollars ($108.00) for U.S. passport holders; for non-U.S. passport holders the fee will appear at Enjazit.com.sa.
7. Minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent must submit a notrized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
8. Log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/ . Click on “Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom by individuals.” It is important to record the request number on the application and present it to the Consulate. Guideline for enjaz online application.
9. All application forms must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS.

• Visitors should not overstay the time granted by the visa.
• Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.

In Saudi Arabia, the Cabinet has approved legislation that should be in charge of clinics and dispensaries. The new requirement is that the owner of the firm be a resident doctor or a full-time employee of the institution.

The new law was approved by a cabinet meeting chaired by King Salman at Al Yamama Palace. The Shura Council meeting, which was held on December 9, 2019, gave preliminary approval to the law. Communication Minister Turkey al-Shabana said the cabinet had approved the draft bill submitted by Health Minister Dr Taufeeq al-Rabi'a.

The legislation was approved by the Cabinet with effect from January 6, 2003, by amending the existing Code of Healthcare in the country. Paragraph 2 of the Code is amended by paragraph two. The health center's owner is a doctor, resident, health center, specialist doctor with specialization degree, supervision of health center and full-time employee.

Under the name of 'Come on let's learn Chinese', it is being facilitated to teach Chinese in schools. Books on language teaching have already reached the branch offices of the Ministry of Education.
