Citizens of other countries on re-entry have also arrived in Saudi Arabia via the border. The PCR test certificate examination is mainly done at the border.

Meanwhile, the General Authority of Civil Aviation has issued a circular to all airlines operating services from Saudi Arabia that foreigners and GCC nationals with re-entry visas and visitor visas may be brought into the country. The PCR test report should be submitted within 48 hours of the trip.

All travelers are required to comply with Saudi code of conduct. The authority said it would not allow entry into Saudi Arabia if the conditions were not met.
