New Condition for Getting an Overseas Tourist Visa to Saudi On-arrival tourist visa is only available on Saudi flights. The new rules will apply to US and UK visas and Schengen visas.
On-arrival tourist visa to Saudi came into effect on September 27 last year. The visa was only available to people from 49 countries. In addition, on-arrival tourist visas to Saudi Arabia have been issued from January 1 on wards for those with visas in the US, UK and Schengen and access to EU countries.
However, US and UK visa holders and Schengen visas are not allowed on foreign flights to enter the country. Those who have traveled to Saudi from Saudi Airlines, Fly Nas, Flydeel and Saudi Airlines. Visitors can get on-arrival visas from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam airports. After that it is allowed to travel anywhere in the country.
