In Saudi Arabia, The 24-hour Curfew Has Been Reduced To Just One Area In Mecca And Previously Isolated Areas. There Will Be No Curfew From 9 Am To 5 Pm In All Parts Of The Country Except Makkah. The Decree For Ramadan Became Effective From Today. The Curfew Has Been Reduced To Only Ramadan Until May 13. Since April 29, Commercial Establishments Have Been Allowed To Open With Conditions.
The Main Parts Of The Order Are:
1. A 24-hour Curfew Will Remain In Macau. The 24-hour Curfew Applies To Hotspots In Various Provinces That Have Already Been Isolated. These Are The Areas Where The Mandatory Curfew Was Imposed Due To The Possibility Of Covid. The People Here Must Stay Inside Without Getting Out. The Rest Of The Area Is Open To People From 9 Am To 5 Pm. The Rest Of The Time The Curfew Will Continue.
2. Open April 29 To Malls, Small And Wholesale Establishments And Shops. Institutions Are Allowed To Open Until May 13. Shops And Establishments Can Only Function By Ensuring Co-ordinated Defense. Violations Will Result In The Company Being Fined.
3. Coffee Shops, Sit-down Restaurants, Barber Shops, Saloons, Gyms, Parks, Cinema, Etc., Will Continue To Be Banned In Areas Prone To Disease. Contracting Firms Can Operate Full-time From April 29. Parcels May Continue To Be Issued From Hotels And Food Establishments.
4. Work Full Time For Factories And Contracting Firms. Institutions Must Work To Ensure That The Covid Defenses Are Upheld. They Are Only Allowed To Operate Until May 13. This Is Also To Meet Market Demands.
5. Prohibition On All Programs That Include More Than Five People Will Continue. No Such Thing As Marriage Is Allowed. There Should Be No Increase In Parks And Public Places. There Will Be Action If Noticed.
6. Strict Scrutiny Of Relevant Departments And Sections Will Continue. There Will Be Legal Proceedings Against Entities And Individuals Who Violate The Covid Defenses. The Report Should Be Forwarded To Different Ministries Every Day. Depending On The Situation, The Current Order Will Decide Whether To Proceed Or Not.
7. In Case Of Violation Of The Above Orders, The Institution Shall Be Liable To A Maximum Legal Penalty.
The New Order Allows People To Get Out Of The Vehicle Between 9am And 5pm. But Earlier Bans Will Remain Unchanged. The Order Says Nothing About It. Releases Must Be Made In Compliance With The Instructions Given To Individuals For The Prevention Of Covid. If Released Without Wearing Masks And Gloves, Covid Is More Likely To Spread. Further Decisions Will Be Based On When The New Order Comes Into Force. Even So, The Directive Also States That Each Individual Must Be Held Accountable.
