Two Saudi nationals arrested for stealing equipment worth Rs 30 lakh

 Mecca: Security forces have arrested two Saudi nationals for stealing equipment and cables worth more than three million riyals. The Khakia police station had received a complaint that equipment, motors and cables worth more than three million riyals had been stolen from a warehouse on Al-Khawajaat Road. Defendants' vehicle was damaged while fleeing with the stolen items. The two then left the vehicle and fled. 

Based on the complaint, the security departments started an investigation and set a trap for the accused and secretly monitored the damaged vehicle containing the stolen items. The suspects were apprehended by the security forces when they came to tow the damaged vehicle in the middle of the night. The investigation revealed that the accused were involved in several robberies. The case against the accused has been referred to the Public Prosecution for further action.
