Qasim: Al Qasim police have arrested two foreigners for defrauding foreign workers and seizing their money. 23,000 riyals was recovered from the accused. Qasim police spokesman Colonel Badr al-Zahbani said the suspects were two Egyptians aged between 40 and 50. The accused will be handed over to the public prosecution, a police spokesman said.
