Jeddah: The Saudi Ministry Of Human Resources Has Clarified The Conditions For A Foreigner To Leave Saudi Arabia On Re-entry Or Final Exit Without The Permission Of His Employer From March 14 Under The New Labor Law Amendment.
The Following Are The Conditions For A Worker To Issue A Re-entry Visa Through His Abshir And Leave Saudi Arabia Without The Permission Of His Employer:
The Worker Must Be A Professional Under The Saudi Labor System. The Worker's Iqama Must Be Valid. Re-entry Visa Fee Must Be Paid.
No Fines Or Other Government Fees Left To Pay. Consent That The Institutions Will Not Return During The Leave Granted. Must Have A Recognized Employment Contract, And The Conditions For Obtaining Re-entry.
Conditions For Issuing Final Exit, Iqama Period. Must Have Professional And Employment Contract. If The Exit Is Requested Before The Completion Of The Contract, The Consent Of The Worker To The Procedure To Be Adopted.
The Terms And Conditions Stipulate That The Worker Must Notify The Employer 10 Days Prior To The Issuance Of The Re-entry Final Exit.
At The Same Time, The Ministry Had Yesterday Indicated That The Employer Would Not Have The Authority To Cancel The Re-entry Visa Issued By The Worker.
