Saudi Arabia has again closed its land, naval and air borders. It was closed for a week but will be re-imposed if necessary.

The Saudi Press Agency quoted the Saudi Interior Ministry as saying that Saudi Arabia had closed its land, air and sea borders for a week following reports that the corona was spreading in a new form.

The report says the new decision is part of a precautionary measure to address public health concerns.

The Saudi Interior Ministry has banned all international flights except emergency services for a week. The decision is based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Health following reports of a new Kovid in various countries. Following this, the Saudi government decided to take the following precautionary measures.

1. All international flights will be suspended for one week. Only flights related to exceptional cases will be allowed. In addition, foreign flights currently operating in Saudi Arabia will be allowed. The Iowa decision can be extended again for up to a week.

2. Access to the country by land, sea and air will be banned for one week. This may take another week.

3. From December 8 onwards, visitors to Saudi Arabia from any of the European countries or from any country where the epidemic has occurred must observe the following:

- Must be in the Home Quarantine for two weeks from the date of entry into the country.

- Kovid should be inspected during the quarantine period. The test should be repeated every five days.

- Those who have returned from any European country within the last three months or have passed through any of the countries where the epidemic has appeared should be screened by Kovid.

The health minister, in consultation with the Ministry of Transport, lifted the ban on freight from countries where the new virus has not been reported. Sources in the home ministry said the decision to ban was pending public health concerns until the nature of the new virus became clear.
