New conditions for bakhalas: First phase in force

The first phase of the new regulations for bazaars and mini-markets came into effect from yesterday. From yesterday, it has become mandatory for all employees to have a valid health certificate, companies to have a valid license, to record prices on all products on display and to install surveillance cameras.
The second phase will come into effect on June 29. Having an e-billing system, compliance with the standards associated with name boards, being completely transparent on the front as seen from the inside, having a transparent, pull-open door as seen from the inside, having full light inside the establishment, keeping the floor, roof, walls, racks and product storage areas secondarily clean. The second step is to keep refrigerators, freezers and surroundings clean, to keep a minimum distance between racks, to keep cleaning utensils and equipment away from food items, to have fire extinguishing cylinders, and to hang first aid boxes.
