Jeddah: Citizens of Gulf countries, foreign dependents and holders of visiting visas can now register in Abshir, Javasat said.
Dependent visa holders must register with an Iqama number and visiting visa holders and Gulf nationals using a border number.
Abshir can be activated through kiosk machines, Javasat offices or bank accounts.
The new system is a continuation of the digital services provided by Javasat to foreigners in the country
