The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has demanded that OTP numbers coming to mobile phones not be disclosed to anyone. Financial institutions are not required to disclose OTP to users via telephone and SMS. Do not share OTP with any parties or departments.
Sharing an OTP with other parties may result in the theft of money from the account and the misuse of account information. OTP is a one-time password. The central bank said that while trying to access the account, access the service and complete the procedures, the OTP is sent via SMS to the mobile phone number registered with the financial institution.
