'Messages and Requests' Service in Absher has now been changed to the 'Tawasul' service.

 The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia announced that, in the framework of improving the efficiency of electronic transactions, the name of the 'Messages and Requests' Service in Absher has now been changed to the 'Tawasul' service

The problems that contribute to solving them include a communication service, Saudi passport and travel permits, procedures for the iqama of a resident inside the Kingdom, services of dependents and the sponsored, procedures for the iqama of a resident outside the Kingdom, and final exit and exit re-entry visas, according to the Jawazat.
