The vaccine certificate must be certified by the Ministry of Health in that country. Travel should be possible 14 days after vaccination. The form must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia. This certificate will be checked and confirmed when the boarding pass is issued.

Name, date of birth, passport number, citizenship, flight number, date and place of arrival, airline, country of vaccination, type of vaccine and date of first dose should be filled in this form. The authority also said that the vaccine certificate should be printed and taken care of.
