Ali Al Youssuf, Secretary of the Consular Section of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that all nationals will receive the transit visas granted to those who arrive at the airports. This visa is to stay in Saudi Arabia for 96 hours starting yesterday for those arriving on Saudi Airlines and Nas flights. He said that the project will be very favorable for the realization of the Vision 2030 goal and the number of tourists to the country will increase through this.
Visa issuance is coordinated by various government departments. They are allowed to perform Umrah and Madinah and visit any part of the country but not Hajj. This way, it is possible to attend events in Saudi Arabia and visit friends. Saudi Airlines and NAS operate services at 250 airports around the world.
