Riyadh - Afif Baladia fined Bakhala worker for not wearing mask The corporation has handed over the case against him to the concerned department for further action. A Bakhala employee who was not wearing a mask had a walkout with one of the users. The Saudi citizen asked the worker to wear a mask as defined by the relevant departments to prevent the spread of corona.
But the worker refused to wear the mask. During the ensuing dispute, the Asian national challenged the Saudi citizen, saying he was not afraid of anyone, including the municipality, police and the governorate, and asked them to do what they could.
The footage was taken by a Saudi citizen and posted on social media. Afif Baladia said that as soon as the incident came to their notice, the municipal official inspected the Bakhala and fined the worker and handed it over to the concerned department for further action.
