The Javasat Directorate will impose a fine of 1,000 riyals for canceling an expired final exit visa. Recipients of the final exit are required to leave the country within 60 days of the visa expiring. Failure to leave the country within the stipulated time after receipt of the final exit will result in a fine of one thousand riyals for cancellation of the visa and issuance of a new final exit. In such cases, the iqama must have time to complete the new final exit visa process.
Those who delay the renewal of iqama will be fined 500 riyals for the first time. A second offense will result in a fine of 1,000 riyals. The Javasat Directorate said that those who repeat the offense for the third time will be deported from Saudi Arabia.
