International flights will be fully resumed on Wednesday, March 31 from 6 am.
The circular states that all airports in Saudi Arabia will be fully operational and the ban on all international flights will be lifted.
Services will be resumed following the recommendations of a special committee that will decide on the necessary preventive measures.
The main recommendations are that the decisions in the circular will not apply to canceled flights to and from countries where the new genetically modified corona virus is prevalent.
Direct flights from India are expected to resume from March 31 under the current circumstances. At the same time, if the air bubble agreement between Saudi Arabia and India comes into force, it will be possible to fly directly to Saudi Arabia before then. But so far there has been no significant update on whether the deal will come into force.
