The levy is being avoided as part of mitigating the financial difficulties faced by various institutions in the region due to Corona.
In addition, one-year license fees, tourism license fees and Istimara fees for buses have been waived for one year for establishments in the Hajj and Umrah region.
The Saudi government has announced economic stimulus packages worth 180 billion riyals since the arrival of Corona.
