The Directorate of Javasat said that a fine of Rs 1,000 is mandatory if the final exit visa of the beneficiary expires without leaving the country.

In such cases the final exit should be canceled. A fee of Rs 1,000 is required for this. The Javasat Directorate said in response to an inquiry by one of the Saudi nationals that there was a requirement in the iqama to have a deadline to cancel the final exit.
