Commerce Ministry spokesman Abdul Rahman al-Hussein has repeatedly warned that those who do not get the vaccine will be barred from entering all shops and outlets in Saudi Arabia.
The law will come into force within the next 48 days or from August 22 to August 1.
Those who do not receive at least one dose of the vaccine after the law comes into force will not be allowed to enter shops and outlets.
Earlier, the Home Ministry had announced that from August 1, the vaccine would be mandatory for use on public transport and for access to government and private offices, commercial establishments and educational institutions.
