SAUDIIZATION BEGINS IN THE ACCOUNTING SECTOR; 9800 JOBS ARE WAITING FOR THE SAUDIS

 

The process of Saudiization of accounting professions in private companies was initiated by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources.

The ministry aims to create more than 9,800 jobs for Saudi women and men.

Director of Financial and Accounting Affairs, Director of Accounts and Budget, Director of the Financial Reporting Department, Director of the Zakat and Tax Department, Director of the Internal Audit Department, Director of the General Audit Department, Head of the Internal Audit Program, financial controller, internal auditor, senior financial auditor, general accountant, cost accountant, auditor, general accounts technician, audit technician, cost accounts technician, financial audit supervisor, cost clerk, financial clerk, bookkeeping clerk. And the professions are subject to Saudiization.

Officials aim to complete 30% Saudiization this week in a company with more than five employees.

A Saudi holder of a degree must be paid a minimum salary of 6,000 riyals and a diploma holder of a minimum of 4,500 riyals.
