King Salman of Saudi Arabia successfully completes surgery
Salman king was admitted to hospital with a gallbladder infection. He is recovering at King Faisal Hospital in Riyadh.
On the 20th of this month, the Saudi ruler was transferred to the hospital due to a bladder abscess. The bladder was removed following the abscess. He will remain in hospital as part of his treatment. With the transfer of Salman Raja to the hospital, his earlier scheduled meetings with him were postponed.
He also presided over the cabinet meeting held yesterday after being admitted to the hospital. It was from the office set up at the hospital. During the meeting, the cabinet assessed the Hajj preparations and the background of Kovid. Various heads of state have wished him a speedy recovery.
