Dependents who go on re-entry and do not return can enter Saudi Arabia on a new visa

Javasat said dependent visa holders who went home on a re-entry visa and did not return within the visa period could enter Saudi Arabia on a new visa.

There is a requirement of 3 years to return to Saudi Arabia on another visa after the expiry of the re-entry period of the work visa holder. However, Javasat said that this provision does not apply to dependents.
At the same time, after paying the work permit fee and Javasat fee, the sponsor can still renew the Iqama and re-entry of the native worker.

But under the new law, domestic workers will not be able to renew their expired or expired iqama or re-entry.
