The Saudi Home Ministry's special service 'Auda', a special service for foreigners who want to return home from Saudi on their final exit and re-entry visa, has been activated in Abshir.

The special feature is that the Auda scheme is also available for those who do not currently have an Abshir Account. This will enable all expatriates in Saudi Arabia to use the Aida scheme. The method of using the Auda plan is detailed.

Login to the Abshir website for the first time. Click on the link www.absher.sa Then click on the individuals icon. The next step is to click on the awdah icon that appears at the bottom of the page that opens it.

The next step is to click on the new travel request icon that appears when you click awdah. You will see two options for entering the Iqama number and the Border number. Then enter the Iqama Number or Border Number and fill in the application with the date of birth and the mobile number and information of the airport you wish to return to.

THE CURRENT METHOD OF RENEWAL OF RE-ENTRY VISAS FOR OUTSIDE EXPATRIATES

CURRENT PROCEDURES FOR RENEWAL OF VISAS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LEFT SAUDI ARABIA ON A RE-ENTRY VISA AND ARE UNABLE TO RETURN WITHIN A PERIOD OF TIME.

IN THE CASE OF A FOREIGN WORKER, THE SPONSOR AND THE FAMILY HEAD SHOULD RENEW THE VISA.

THE SPONSOR OR FAMILY HEAD SHOULD BE INFORMED OF HOW LONG THE RE-ENTRY VISA WILL BE EXTENDED.

THE ELECTRONIC CHAMBER IS REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN ELECTRONIC FORM VIA THE FOREIGN MINISTRY WEBSITE. THE RE-ENTRY VISA MUST BE VALID FOR THE EXTENDED PERIOD.
